We go back 28 years in the past to Westerlo where it all started.
Together with his wife, Ewoud Heijermans started in 1995 in his backyard, where he installed his first LPG installation in his former car Renault Safrane 3.0 V6 RXE. He did this in his garden behind the house with only a cordless drill and some tools and crawled into and under the car with them. 

Ewoud gained his interest and knowledge during his studies in automotive technology in Groningen, where, after a few detours, he found his passion for LPG.

After running several cars on LPG, Ewoud turned his passion into his profession. 

AGS was founded in 1996 and after temporarily working in a flower greenhouse as a workshop, it turned out that in the short period of one year there were already too few hands and AGS was working with 4 employees. 
 
The far-reaching knowledge and know-how allowed the company to expand to a larger building in Herentals, where it quickly expanded to 12 employees.

Due to its experience and ever-growing clientele, AGS proudly became the official importer of Prins Autogassystemen in 2001, which are known for their innovative, quality products.
